Where is the Loop – By that, I mean what is its URL

  I want to put my name at the top of each post. I’ve already figured out that I need to put some code into the Loop. The thing is, I’ve looked and looked, and nowhere can I find out where it is, what its URL is. And yes, I’ve been to the Codex page on The Loop, and other pages on the web that are supposed to be introductions to The Loop. Can you please help?

  The Codex is for WordPress.ORG installs – you can’t do code at WordPress.COM (here) for security reasons

  You can use your name as a Category or type it in manually in each post, or simply switch to a theme that displays the name automatically.
