Where is the 'Manage Email' option?

I’ve purchased the custom domain upgrade. The ‘Email Forwarding’ page in the support site tells me there should be a ‘Manage Email’ link with which I can add email forwarding addresses for the domain. I’d like to add a forward to a Gmail address.
I don’t find the link. What am I missing?

If you go into Store>My Domains, you will find the Manage Email next to your custom Domain.

But I don’t. I see ‘Manage Domain Subscriptions’ and ‘Edit DNS’, but nothing that says ‘Manage Email’.
