where is the media button in the new create a post layout?

the layout for creating new blog posts changed and now there is no add media button. how do I add pictures to my posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The original place to create a post with full features to upload images, etc is here Dashboard > Posts > Add New and it works well for me. In fact I never ever use the Add New at https://wordpress.com/post/ which is undergoing changes as part of an ongoing project to make the site multi-device friendly.
Go to Dashboard > Post > Add New
