Where is the option to purchase customization for only $30?

  I would like to buy the $30 Custom Design option. I know I have done this before for another blog. Wherever I find the button to “Buy Now” for Custom Design it takes me to the plan upgrade page with nowhere to select just the Custom Design option.

  I see that Custom Design comes with the $99 / year option, but I don’t want to buy that full plan– I just want to pay $30 for the design upgrade!

  To clarify: it still says on several places on the wordpress dashboard that the custom design option is only $30, and I am selecting “Buy Now” where it advertises this. (In case it sounds like I’m trying to find something that remember being there once. It is still advertised as $30 for just Custom design but it isn’t letting me purchase it.)
