Where is the original CSS (using Academica)
-
I can no longer access the original CSS in the new right side bar customization interface
-
What happens when you click on the [CSS] link? This is the direct link to the Custom CSS page: https://defendingnewhampshire.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#css
Otherwise please try clearing out your browser cache.
-
Yes, that is where it goes. But I see no way to get to the
- original
CSS (compared to writing my own, which I do).
-
You can view the original stylesheet if you go to https://defendingnewhampshire.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=editcss . Click “Edit” next to “Mode: Add-on” in the Publish module, and click the “theme’s CSS” link to view your theme’s CSS: https://s1.wp.com/wp-content/themes/pub/academica/style.css?m=1355290363g&minify=false

Ah, yes. Thank you. That’s the editor I’m used to, now replaced by the one you referred me to, above, where there is no link to the original CSS. So from the dashboard, is there a button to get to this old style editor instead of the new one? Or I could just copy that part of the URL when needed…
-
For now, you can use that URL when needed. We’ll keep your feedback in mind for future features and updates.
Thank you.
