where is the page that lets you add new plugins?

  I want to download a plugin but I can’t figure out where to download it. Is there a page? or do I have to go to a website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That page does not exist.

  WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.

  You cannot add plugins to WordPress.com sites. You can recommend plugins on the ideas forum page but for security reasons, plugins cannot be added directly to your site.

  If you want to be able to add plugins you’d need to set up a self-hosted site. More information at http://wordpress.org/support/
