Where is the permalink setting?

  I found several tutorials saying that the permalink setting is located under the settings menu, but I don’t see it. So I’m just wondering where it is?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such setting on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs as we cannot change permalink structure.Read this clear comparison please http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and note the only support documentation that applies to free hosted WordPress.com blogs is at this link http://en.support.wordpress.com.
