Where is the permalink tab

  I don’t have a permalink tab in my ‘Settings”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On a wordpress.COM blog, you do not have a Permalink tab, because we cannot change those. The only URL we have control over (other than what the URL of the site in general is of course) is the end section of posts/pages. So for a post called 2013 Winter Meals you can make the URL look like myblog.wordpress.com/2013/06/02/winter-meal and all you can change is that bolded section.
