Where is the plug-in option on my dashboard

  I use CONTEMPT. And in help fiules it refers to a “Plug-Ins” option along with “Write Manage Comments Blogroll Presentation Users Options Upgrades”

  Yet I dont see Plug-ins and there are some I want to install, like subscribe me.

  What is this newbie missing?

  You will only see a plugin heading if you are self-hosted using the software from wordpress.org. Here at WordPress.com we cannot use plugins.

  Can I upload my own plugins?
