Where is the plugin button on my blog and how do i make it do follow.

  I’m trying to create links to my site listed below but my blog does not have a plugin button on the admin dashboard. Where is it and how do i make my blog a do follow?

  do-follow really isn’t necessary. As long as links are not no-follow, they are already do-follow.

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
