Where is the plugin tab on my admin panel/

  I can’t add plugins because i can’t find the plugin tab on my admin panel. All instructions on downloading, installing, and activating plugins assume you have that tab? What do I do?

  No plug-in tab in the Dashboard on WordPress.COM blogs because we can’t install them.

  If you are self-hosted using the WordPress.ORG software you need to ask at http://wordpress.org/support/
