Where is the 'reading' setting button?

  I’m trying to have all my blog posts show up on my ‘blog page’ rather than my static homepage. All the tutorials I have found are using an older version of WordPress that show the ‘Reading’ button under ‘Settings’. However, it seems to be no longer there. Is there still a way to have my new blog posts automatically posted on my ‘blog page’?
