Where is the Store?

  I want to get a domain name and the example states to go to the store, but I can’t find there store!! I have been in loops all over this site. Does WordPress offer domains or should I go out to GoDaddy and purchase one and map it to my blog? WordPress states it’s easier here, but I can’t find the page to actually make a purchase! Very frustrating, especially considering this is supposed to be the easiest place to navigate and use.
