Where is the "Store" page the help "Site redirect" help topic refers to?
-
The “Site Redirect” help topic says “Purchase a Site Redirect from the Store page in your Dashboard.” But there is no “Store” page shown in my dashboard. where do i find it ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to your main dashboard here: http://thefloppydisk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Store should be the second main tab in the menu, just above Posts.

I’m having the same problem and don’t see Store anywhere in the menu. I am trying to point my site to an existing domain and the directions are indicating I have to find My Domains in the Store.
I’ve been searching through google and WP forum and to no avail I don’t see anyone responding differently then you are suggesting (@kokkieh). I’m looking in the menu and there is no “Store”.
I am the site administrator and here are the menu options I can see:
Dashboard
Home
Updates
Jetpack
All in One SEO
Posts
Recipes
Media
Pages
Comments
Contact
Customer Reviews
Appearance
Plugins
Users
Tools
Settings
< Collapse MenuWhat am I missing? I have to say I’m just as frustrated as the rest of the population in these forums dealing with this issue. I have loved building my site in WordPress and find something that seems so trivial so difficult!
Thanks for anyone help on this.

You are describing the dashboard options for a WordPress.org website. You won’t see the WordPress.com store there as WP.com and WP.org are completely separate and different platforms: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Please post in the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

If you are in fact trying to map a WordPress.com site to your domain, you’ll have to go to the dashboard of that WordPress.com site to see the store. The dashboard of your Jetpack-connected site won’t have that option.

It’s quite confusing but I get it now. I will research on the wp.org site to determine what I need to do from here.
I can tell I have much to learn with my new ventures of using wordpress.
Thank you for your help!

I am looking at the menu on my wordpress.com site. There is no item called “Store”.
Any idea why I would not have this ? -

We cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. My answer below assumes you are referring only to a free blog provided and being free hoisted by WordPress.COM.You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the WordPress.COM blog’s dashboard and navigate to the Store where you can purchase upgrades for that WordPress.COM hosted blog.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for WordPress.COM account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

There is no item called “Store”.
Any idea why I would not have this ?WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
In the event you are referring to a WordPress.ORG software install and not to a WordPress.COM hosted blog, then there will not be a Store link on your dashboard.
