Where is the Store tab supposed to appear?

-
We need a link to the site you are talking about please. In wordpress.com blogs, it is in the main left-hand navigation, second main item from the top below the “Dashboard” section.
-
I would like to register a domain name as the first step in creating a web page.
Under the “Instructions for Registering a New Domain For Your Blog”, it says to go to Store > Domains but I can’t find the elusive Store tab… -

The reason we ask for the blog link is simple. We get people posting here in error who have wordpress.org installs . They don’t have a Store link on their dashboard.

I’m having the same problem. Where is the store tab? I want to buy a guided transfer; “support” sent me to the store without providing a map (and even the clickable link was bogus, merely taking me to a definition). ~eric.

> Dashboard > in the far left column look for the tiny shopping cart icon and click “Store”
-
Ok. I’m neither blind, nor dumb. Maybe my modern Mac can’t see the cart? There is no cart displayed beneath the Dashboard. I see all sorts of tiny icons very clearly, and there is no cart visible. (I see jetpack, pushpin, camera, links, etc, but NO SHOPPING CART. What’s up?

You see JetPack … well that means you are looking for something that does not exist on a self hosted WordPress.org install. The Store button is only found on free hosted WordPress.com blogs
-
Well thanks. But that info didn’t get me to the store. I’m trying to buy something but can’t find the door. Can you help?
