Where is the theme I bought?

  I bought a custom theme for my website, but when I find it in the admin panel under appearance -> themes, I’m asked to buy it again. Where is my theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  It looks like Hive, the theme you purchased, is currently active on theleftoverlovers.wordpress.com. Is that the theme you’re referring to?

  I bought the theme through the buy now link for the theme, installed a logo, etc., then created my wordpress.com account. When I went to view the site, the theme wasn’t installed.

  I then checked my credit card account and the theme hadn’t been charged so I bought it again. This time, success.

  I’m still worried that I’ll be charged twice.

  Hi!

  It looks like you’ve only been charged once for the Hive theme as shown on your Billing History here:

  https://theleftoverlovers.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=billing-history&user=79284040

  The theme is already enabled on your site theleftoverlovers.com. When you go to Appearance -> Themes from your Dashboard, the Hive theme should be in the top left-hand corner since it’s currently active. You shouldn’t see the option to purchase the theme from this page:

  Yep,

  thanks for the clarification.

  When I first bought the theme, the transaction didn’t go through.

  I bought it again and all is well.
