    Hi there, it looks like there’s some site navigation changes happening here on WordPress.com. In some screens, currently the Reader, MySites and your Profile page, the tool bar (AKA Admin bar) has been replaced by the Command Palette. You can access it by clicking the Magnifying Glass icon at the top of those pages.

    If you mean a different tool bar, please give us more details about which tool bar is involved. Sometimes a screenshot can be helpful. Thanks.
