1. My RADical Relief and Wellness wp account has disappeared. I can pull it up in my Internet browser search under RADicalReliefandWellness.wp.com but when I go into the wp app it takes me into a placeholder that says no site set up. It can take me into RADReliefDistributorsCBDcom.wp.com or RADicalReliefand Wellness-with CBD wp.com.
2. This is really not the option I wanted but I took it til I could talk with you. Please help!
RADReliefDistributorsCBDcom.wordpress.com account (business account”) is not
The name I wanted. The naming convention I wantedwasRADReliefDistributorsCBD.wordpress.com. It was Not available since someone put it on hold. I think I am that person. I cannot fathom who else would put that name on hold. Could you check please?
3. The names (my name) could be under the email addresses: (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)
4.Please advise if you are holding the RADReliefDistributorsCBD.wordpress.com account for me and reinstate my RADical radicalreliefandwellness.wp.com account.
5. I also asked about the sale (before it expired) and changing my account to my my business
Name (no wordpress) and I was given a cheaper quote and benes, please advise.

The site, radicalreliefandwellness.wordpress.com, has not disappeared. That site loads fine for me. However, that site is on our free plan, not a business plan as you claim above, and has never been on our Business Plan.

Hi yes, I found the basic account RADRelief and Wellness BUT you didn’t address my question (2,)

It out it said it was unavailable or was put on hold by someone. I think I am that person.
I seem to remember putting it on hold in August/September prior to going to a conference, but I wasn’t ready to set it up then. I really think I am that person. I cannot fathom who else would want that name or put it on hold. Could you check, please?

I really don’t want the option with the extra com which I was given and I only built it out just because I needed it live! IT is NOT what I want! The name is cumbersome and makes no sense if someone is looking for it or my company.Again,

All those sites you’re referring to are owned by a different account than the one you’re currently using to contact us. If you want us to further assist you with those sites you need to log in to that other account of yours and contact us again.
