Where is "Tools" in new dashboard?

  I am trying to export my site. Instructions state that I should go to the “tools” section on my dashboard; however, the help section is outdated and I can’t find the “tools” section in the new dashboard. Where can I export my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
