Where is Visual theme?

  Hi, I wanted to go back to using ‘Visual’ theme by Devin Price for my blog. I use to see it under the ‘free’ section of wordpress themes and now I can’t find it. I typed out it’s name in the search box and I checked ‘all’ section to see if I’m overlooking it and still nothing comes up. I found the demo: https://visualdemo.wordpress.com/ but I don’t see a link or way to activate it for my blog. I hope it hasn’t been removed, I missed using that theme. Thank you.
