Where is wep-content Folder ?

  Hii all, i will upload my plugin.. AFAIK to upload and install my plugin must be through wep-content. But if i write .wordpress/wp-content/install.php i have blank page.. How to enable my wp-content, or whether i’m wrong about my way, help me please…
