WHERE is what I PAID for?

#modlook
On December 1st, I paid $99 to renew my premium membership. So far, that has not allowed http://www.talkintirkey.com to come up in my browser. I realize I let my Premium membership lapse 38 days ago, but I thought my renewal fee would get me back up and running. I also thought that having a premium membership would allow me direct email contact with support personnel. Instead, I have to come to a forum for assistance with this.
(email visible only to moderators and staff) is best place for a reply. That is, if I ever get one…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This domain name expired on Friday, October 24, 2014 and will soon be canceled.
Never, ever let your domain lapse if you intend on using it. You should have gotten at least one email reminder to renew prior to that date.
Here’s what happens when a domain expires: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
Please go to your Dashboard>My Upgrades to make certain that your Premium bundle renewal went through and also to your domain management dashboard to make certain that talkintirkey.com is set to your primary domain.
Since Staff are generally away until December 8th, I’ve marked this for their attention. Please be patient while they get back to you.

Speaking as an experienced forum volunteer, you may also want to gift yourself with that domain (see the link on the expired domain overlay on your site) while you still can and then work out the financials with WPcom later.

Hi there,
It looks like your domain is up and running as seen here:
Your domain was renewed for an extra year when you added WordPress.com Premium. As a part of the Black Friday sale the Unlimited Premium Theme upgrade was added as well.
In addition you do get direct support from here:
You can see your new expiration date by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!
