  i am trying to download the instagram plug in but i cannot find the plug in directory.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot install plugins on WordPress.com websites. See this http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ which I found by searching the Support site for “plugin”.
