  Ok, so i’m having trouble figuring out a way I can edit the main index template page to display only new posts from a certian catagoery. I would like to be able to have posts labeled with a certian catagorey tag be used as the update section on my main page. Does anyone know if I can do this? I’m thinking I just need to say something like “?cat=2” after the “query_posts” call in the file. Does anyone know what I’m even talking about? Any help would be great.
