Where new posts go?
-
How do you determine where new posts go? I have my first blog. I wrote another one and it went after (on top of?) the original. then I wrote another and it went after (underneath) the original. I am obviously missing something very basic.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sometimes when you do more than one post a day this mixup can happen, but it’s rare. Normally posts go in the order they have been made, unless someone has made one a Sticky post or changed the date/time of the post to send it “back in time”. YOu can just edit the time again to push it to the top.

So how do most people do it or what is the most common. The
original(oldest) at the top. or the newest? -

Your latest post will be at the top. Older posts will below that.
Blogs work like this because as people come to read your blog, they won’t want to scroll all the way to the end (bottom) to find your latest news. You have made your February posts “sticky” so they are stuck on top of your home page. Usually one uses a sticky for an announcement. Trying to make each post sticky will mess up the order of your posts, most likely in ways you won’t expect.
In my opinion your readers would be better served by putting the information about equipment needed for equine photography on pages which they could easily refer to at any time. Then post articles about tips, trips, and pictures as posts (or “blogs” as you are calling them).
