Where on my WordPress can I add Plug-ins or find the tab for Plug-ins?

    I am trying to learn more about my blog and I can’t find the Plug-in option.

    WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins. If you look a lot of WordPress tutorials online, those may be instructions for using self-hosted sites running the software from WordPress.org.
