Where on Paypal do you purchase credits?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to purchase my credits once I log into paypal. Is there an email address I can send money to? Is there some other fancy way I’m not seeing? I’m tearing my hair out days in a row, and now my domain is going to expire tomorrow.
Advice would be SO appreciated.

OK Jina, what are you trying to do? You need to go to Upgrades and select the Upgrade you want.

That I’ve done. I’ve gone to the upgrade page; I’ve clicked on domain; then I click on renew, and then I click on “Buy credits through Paypal.” I get the Paypal login screen. I log in. But after that, nothing. Nowhere to click to buy the credits, and apparently “send money” is not right because you need an email address. So what, once I’m logged into Paypal, am I supposed to do?

Why not log into Paypal independently, THEN go through the Domain Upgrade purchase steps? It should take you to the right page then, as long as you’re still signed in (keep the sign-in window open the entire time in another tab or window is my advice).

Thanks, raincoaster. In fact, I tried that. It didn’t work. It always asks me to log in again. I think that didn’t work because I’m in Africa, and it keeps trying to make sure I’m not fraudulent.

Has this been resolved? It seems really dumb where it says “you need credits” but no where to click anything to purchase it.

We can’t give you appropriate answers without a link to your blog, starting with http. And also, what specific upgrade are you trying to purchase? I did this last week with no trouble at all. The button appeared to buy credits and I clicked it and signed into my Paypal account and poof, it was done.
