Where Settings->Permalinks for free account?

  For patkellygeekmusings.wordpress.com using the free license, I know I can use a common format without the /month/day but please tell me where Settings->Permalinks is located. Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Permalink changes are only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
