Where should I login?
-
I have always logged in to my blog through going to my actual website and clicking on login. When I login directly through Word Press, it doesn’t match up to my webpage. How do I get it to match up? Is it best to go through Word Press directly when writing posts? There seems to be more options when in Word Press vs. my dashboard through my website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It doesn’t matter how you log into your website/WordPress as long as you can. If you’re a bit discombobulated by landing on a WordPress page like Reader or a forum page, then I recommend logging into your site and pulling it up how you want to land on it, and then making it a favorite in your browser. (I like to land on the My Blogs page, for example.)
If you’re logged in to any WordPress.com page, scroll up and look for the thin black nav bar. Hover over the W on the left and you can find your way to your blog(s) pretty easily. Took me a while to realize the black nav bar disappears, but is still on every page. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about http://myvintagehomestead.wordpress.com/? If so, you log in at http://myvintagehomestead.wordpress.com/wp-admin. You can use the meta widget if you want a Log In button.

Ooo, that’s a very clean page, raincoaster. I don’t know that I’ve seen that before. Thanks.

Ok, that was weird. I clicked on http://myvintagehomestead.wordpress.com/wp-admin and it generated an interesting page for me, listing very cleanly all my blogs (both mine and others I’m and admin for). But now, I can’t make a page like that happen on purpose. Oh well.
