  For registering domains go to https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
  Take note of the Available Domain URLs. If the domain extension you want to use is not available for registration on WordPress.com, you can register elsewhere and add it to your WordPress.com blog using Domain Mapping. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  The best place for help with that is the contact link on https://get.blog/

  That site is separate from WordPress.com and all pre-registrations are handled through that site. We’ll only be able to help here with .blog domains registered via WordPress.com, and that will only be once general availability starts in a couple of weeks.
