Where should new Posts Appear

    I am trying to set up a travel blog as I am embarking on a number of trips lasting from one to two months. I am trying to work out the best way to display all the posts. My Menu consists of a page called ‘Latest’ plus some categories called past travel, destinations and future travel. All the new posts appear on ‘Latest’ and Front Page which is not a mention option. I also want them to list in Destinations and Past Travel. How do I move them off of ‘Latest’ when that particular trip is over and I have started a new trip
