Where the heck did Bongosongo come from?

  I had a blog called Bongosongo on blogger over 10 years ago which went defunct. It was NEVER a wordpress blog. Now, when I log into WordPress, THAT is the user name that pops up. All of my previous information is wiped out.

  My main blogs on wordpress were Raw Organum and MeganBrowneHelm. I can not access either of these blogs any longer and they have important professional content on them I would like to maintain. How can I log back into THOSE WordPress blogs?

  Are there no live WordPress help desk people?

  Please help me access my original WordPress blogs. I can’t remember the password for them but the userid was my email which, for some odd reason, pulls up my old blogger account. Did WordPress buy out Blogger?

  It was this issue (and stiff-unresponsive customer service) that made me go with another website platform when originating my new business.

  If so, they are linked to a different username and email address here at WordPress.com. Your account bongosongo was created 4 years ago here at WordPress.com, along with the blog linked to this account. (The account and the blog here at WordPress.com are not linked to Blogger.)
