Where to add ads code on my content-sidebar
-
I have created a website with your Twenty Fourteen theme, and hosted with you. I have also gotten an ads code from google adsense for the site. Please where do I paste the code for the ads to appear on my content-sidebar?
I tried using custom html in the widget area, but the site will show part of the html “https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead……..” on the published site instead of a banner.
Thanks for your time and support.

Hey there, Adsense is supported on plans that allow that type of code. We have more details here:

The Premium plan only gives you access to WordAds, our own ad network.

If you want to use third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media, or selling advertising space on your site – you need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan:

I hope that clarifies things!
