Where to add API?

  I have a WordPress blog hosted at another ISP. I’d like to add it to my WordPress Global Dashboard so that I can view my stats here. Where, in WordPress do I go to add it to my list of blogs here on WordPress.com? I already have the WordPress API.

  You download the stats plugin from http://wordpress.org/extend/ and then add the plugin API through the admin area interface on your hosted ISP.
