Where to add the wp navi pagination code

  I’ve been trying like crazy to add the code and I can’t seem to find where. The “next and previous” pagination already built in to the theme still sticks even when I delete the code that displays it.

  Any ideas?

  Theme is Penscratch by the way. I thought I posted this in Penscratch forum.
