Where to Change Leave a Reply

  Hi,
  I can’t seem to find where to change the “leave a reply” above my posts. I want to change it to “leave a comment” but I can’t find it in comments, single page or main style sheet.

  I am using the Simplicity theme

  Any help is appreciated….Thanks!
