where to change main administrator

    Hi,
    currently a colleague is our main admin – he is e.g. paying for NoAds and is receiving mails. We like to change that. Did so in one for us obvious field. However, he still receives mails and we can’t switch payments.
    Can sb helps?

    Hi Oliver,

    We’ll need the current owner of the upgrades to contact us and request the transfer of upgrades over to you.

    Can you please ask the person who owns that upgrade to either post here in this forum thread or contact us directly to confirm they want the upgrades transferred. Once confirmed, I’d be more than happy to assist in the transfer.
