where to change the text on the 'Contact Us' sidebar

  Hi! I’m trying to update the text in the sidebar on the right called ‘Contact us’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can update the text in the Contact Us sidebar widget using the Customizer tool. Click this link: https://motivationlab.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php

  Then click “Widgets” in the left column, and then click “Sidebar”. There you can select the Contact Us widget and expand the options, by clicking the triangle beside “Contact Us.”
