where to enter tax amount on property mgmt. site

    we are building a property management website. someone else built it for us and we are now trying to fix some things. We don’t know how to put a state TAT tax on as a percentage of a booking. The template looks like it only has ‘city tax’ and we don’t know how to change that. Basically, where do we add a type of tax to charge the customer? We need to apply a percentage.
