Where to find a 'sign up to apply' button from dashboard

  There is a page on a site I have been tasked with working on that has a ‘sign up to apply’ button for the customers. I am a novice. From the dashboard I can find the content to edit under pages but I just see the text and can’t find anywhere where I can see the button. Where do I find the button as I need to add a PDF form to it?

  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
