Where to find FTP Credentials?

  I am migrating my blog over to a self hosted one at Godaddy.

  It asks for my FTP credientials:
  Host location or IP Address, FTP username and FTP password.

  Where do I find that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
