where to find help
-
Is there really no other place to find direct help besides posting to a public forum? Ummm…where are the ‘happiness engineers’ or whatever they call themselves? I keep getting routed back to this page. Can someone please offer a direct line to somebody who can help me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m now seeing through research that it is all public forum. So sorry for the asshole comments. I’m not a computer person and completely confused. However, I’m pretty sure I do actually pay for my subscription to wordpress–only now it won’t even recognize my email or sign on ID–so i can’t even check my subscription status. It seems like I’ve completely disappeared from the system. And the “blog” I need help with is NOT maggierossell.wordpress.com it is a website: maggierossell.com
if anyone can offer any insight, or guidance I will be VERY appreciative! I feel like I’ve fallen into cyber blackhole and no support center to ask for help. -
Hi @magrossell, I’ve tagged this post #modlook….so a staff can look into your problem and advise…good luck!

Hi there,
And the “blog” I need help with is NOT maggierossell.wordpress.com it is a website: maggierossell.com
The site at maggierossell.com is not on WordPress.com. That site uses the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something completely different from WordPress.com, and it looks like you’re hosting that site with Dreamhost.
If there’s a problem with your hosting plan at Dreamhost you’ll need to contact their support for help, as the account you’re paying for is with them, not with us.
If you’re having trouble logging into that site’s dashboard, you can find the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress here:
