where to hire WP and PHP developers?

  i am not good in PHP and WP. i have a theme and want to customize that theme but to make some changes some needs coding.so i am searching for good programmers but very expensive i am looking for good coders but less expensive in my area there is no coders so searching outside.help me :(

  Expect to pay $65 an hour and up for someone competent. And realize that customizing a theme at WordPress.org is different from customizing a theme at WordPress.com, and you need a designer who understands the difference.

  The site you’ve linked to is still using Zoren and in your other forum thread, you mention that it is using Elemin.

  What is the WordPress.com site you need help with?
