Where to report program bugs?

  Where do we bloggers report bugs in the WordPress programming code? I have heretofore used this Forum/Questions section, but it appears to me to be like stepping up on a soap box in the town square and holler out my problem in the hope that someone from the town government happens to pass by – instead of going to the city planning department and give them my problem.

  This is a peer support forum. If we Volunteers cannot assist then we flag threads for Staff attention. The best course of action is to simply post what you found here so we can get the ball rolling into the Staff court.
