Where to sign in?

Why isn’t there an easier way to sign in to word press right from the first page? I always choose “remember me” but sometimes that gets overridden (which i understand). But in order to sign in, the only way i can figure out to do it is to go all the way to the bottom of the page, click “blog at wordpress” then sign in there. Why isn’t there a sign in bar at the top of the page every time i access a post? (I bet the answer is incredibly simple and i am going to feel like an idiot when you tell me…….)

Thank you. You have several ways to sign in to your blog
– Go to http://wordpress.com and you’ll be able to enter your username and password right away (if you’re not signed in already)
– Save http://theatrehistoricalsociety.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ to your favorites/bookmarks
– Add a meta widget, which contains a link to sign in. Details below:
