Where to start…

  I honestly do not even know where to start. I am the head of an indie Fine Arts zine. We have been posting full issues of our online magazine to the site for a few months now and it has been a total headache to do ever since we started. We have a page on our site just for full issues. I logged on this morning and all the full issues are now gone. I need to know how to get them back. I would like to start with the June 2012 issue. http://en.calameo.com/books/001411479ee710366c3c1

  We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

  I repeat that WordPress.com is not hosting that site and we cannot help you here at all. If you have a local install of WordPress.org software then you must post to http://wordpress.org/support/

  Timethief, I am not sure I understand why you cannot help. Is it simply because the zine is powered by Calameo? Could we upload as a PDF?

  I just want you to know that I went to the support pages at wordpress.org and was just told to come back here. I even have a link to the message.

  By the way, our group solved the problem on our own but are deeply considering a move to wix.

  As mentioned before I had the zine saved as a pdf file as well. We did not have to use the calameo link and I asked if the zine being hosted by calameo was the problem. If you had said it was it would have saved a lot of time rather than sending me to another forum that did not help.

  We now have found a way to fix the problem on our own.
