Where to transfer domain ?

  I took my domain http://www.sigma-institute.in from godaddy.com then bought single domain linux hosting from hostgator.in on wordpress. Now what should I do to optimise my website ? Whether I should transfer my domain to wordpress.com or I should transfer it to hostgator for better seamless operation ? pl guide.

  If you’re already purchased hosting elsewhere then perhaps you should continue setting up a site there. Moving to WordPress.com will entail paying again and note that you can’t transfer your domain until you’ve owned it for at least 60 days.

  On HostGator, you’ll be using the self-hosted version of WordPress from WordPress.org, which is a bit different from WordPress.com.
