Where to you past in the google analytics HTML?

  Where to you past in the google analytics HTML? I have the free wordpress but and found the place where the templet I chose is but I can not figure out where to find the templet code used on my wifes blog to past the Google Analytic text at the bottom. Any help is welcome!

  With wordpress.com blogs, you cannot add google analytics to keep stats. In fact, wordpress.com is already doing this themselves. I am not sure if there are any plans to allow users to add their own or not.

  You can’t paste anything, as Trent says, but you may still use the google webmaster tools for that blog. Have a look here: http://lorelle.wordpress.com/2007/05/23/get-your-wordpresscom-blog-now-verified-by-googles-webmaster-tools/

  Thanks for the replies. I will look at Google webmaster tools. Where do I find in wordpress the equivalent of Google analytics?

  You can go to your dashboard and click on blog stats tab.
