Where’d my website go?

    Hi, I can’t find my website, nor does my old account login work any more. I don’t know if I missed something, but I got charged for my site not too long ago so I know it’s still floating around out there in the ether. Who do I contact about this?

    Yep, I’ve tried that and because they somehow don’t have my email address any more, I can’t verify I am who I say I am and they won’t help me get it resolved (even though they’re still charging me). I just don’t know what to do! I’m pretty sure someone hacked my account and Bluehost is simply being an absolute butthole about this.

    Hi there,

    Are you able to provide a transaction ID as proof of ownership with Bluehost? Also, I am not sure why they wouldn’t have your account email on file if you’re paying. I would reach back out to them and see if someone can resolve this issue. I’ve had success in the past talking to a different Bluehost agent that was able to help me in ways the first agent I talked with wasn’t able to.

    Hope you get this resolved – sorry that you are having a tough time with Bluehost.
