Where'd the Public Domain Images Go?

  For the last few years, WordPress had a tool that let me find public domain images right in the “Edit Post” screen. I was able to click multiple public domain or Creative Commons images to use in my posts. That tool is now gone, replaced by a tool that only lets me use images from my gallery. What happened?
